After five decades in the Corviglia, I would like to welcome you most warmly to my new home. My culinary range focuses on regional specialities based on ingredients from the region as far as possible. In addition, guests can enjoy such well-known signature dishes as Truffle Pizza or the Seafood Carousel. Sweet delights are available in our Le Cake Pâtisserie.

You’ll find this in the CheCha Restaurant & Club high above St Moritz. We will set aside the CheCha for your own exclusive use for the most important occasions in life, and create whatever atmosphere you like – all year round. You can choose between a wide range of rooms, from our “Le Verandah” conservatory room with its unique Alpine panorama, our Restaurant or the atmospheric Wine Cellar.
